These match the Phase 3 Picture and Sentence Matching that I also have for sale. I've tried to keep as much in black, white and grey to save on ink but some pictures were not clear unless in colour. Colour the words to make the sentence for the picture. Then have a go at writing it underneath.

A set of 5 boards one for each short vowel sound. Set 1-5 sounds from Phase 2 and Sets 6&7 from Phase 3 have been used to make the words. Words are CVC or VCC Perfect for practicing blending in preparation for Phonics Screening.

Played the same way as snakes and ladders (red bricks you slide down, tower of bricks climb up). 5 boards in total which have 22 different words on each. Each word is repeated 2/3 times. Words are from the spelling lists for year 3 and 4 for the new National Curriculum.

There is a file for each phases tricky words. Children colour each section according to the key at the top. Once coloured a tricky word will be revealed. Great resource to send home.

There is a cake for each Phase 5 sound. The sound is on the cake topper and the cake has pictures and/or words that contain that sound. The cake is my own design and each one is different. Great to display in the classroom or on a working wall.

Roll the dice. Chose a word from the row that matches the number rolled. If you can read it cover it up. There is a board for each phase.

Based on snakes and ladders there is a board for each of the phases 2-5. Just follow the direction on the superhero when you land on the square.
